When you upload audio recordings for PII redaction:
- Recordings are processed using AI services (Deepgram, OpenAI)
- Original recordings are temporarily stored during processing
- Redacted versions replace originals after processing
- All recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide PII redaction services
- Generate QA analytics and insights
- Improve our services and develop new features
- Communicate with you about your account
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Deepgram for speech-to-text and PII detection
- OpenAI for QA analysis
- Google Cloud for infrastructure and security
- Firebase for authentication (when enabled)
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services. Audio recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. Account information is retained until you request deletion.
